Ohio Dental Association (ODA), belly fat, smoking, & inflammation

I'm at the Ohio Dental Association annual session in Columbus, Ohio.  While visiting the Table Clinics, I met a very nice dental hygiene instructor from Cincinnati.  She and her associate educated me on belly fat and inflammation!  Who knew!  Just another reason to lose weight.

And here's some info about smoking (and just another reason to quit)!
